Tish McCutchen has served as the Jolley Foundation’s first director since January 2016. Working closely with the foundation’s four trustees, who represent the third and fourth generations of the Jolley family, she has helped create community dialogue to deepen an understanding of the challenges facing those affected by poverty and injustice. Tish has strengthened relationships with partners and cultivated more active philanthropic engagement to influence lasting positive impact. The Foundation has transitioned to a relational partnership model with both directed and responsive grant-making focused on critical issue areas and supporting strategic, systemic, and capacity-building initiatives. Before joining Jolley, Tish spent more than 15 years at local United Ways and at United Way Worldwide. She is looking forward to shifting gears and focusing on spending quality time with her four children and granddaughter, who are spread out across the country and the the world.
